Look-A-There, Ain't She Pretty?" in Los Angeles, California. Capitol Records issues the tracks "My Feet's Too Big" and "Etiquette Blues" together as a single (Capitol 15301) but all the other tracks remain, as of 2005, unissued.

Capitol Records will issue all the tracks, except "Snag It" on Hunt's album "Dixieland Detour" (T 312). "Snag It" will be issued as a single (Capitol 1879) with "Jim Town Blues" on the flip side.

1957 - Stan Kenton and His Orchestra (Kenton on Piano; Ed Leddy, Billy Catalano, Lee Katzman, Sam Noto, and Phil Gilbert on trumpet; Jim Amlotte, Ken Larsen, Archie Le Coque, Don Reed, and Ken Shroyer on trombone; Lennie Niehaus on alto saxophone; Steve Perlow on alto saxophone and bass saxophone; Wayne Dunstan and Bill Perkins on tenor saxophone; Bill Robinson on bass saxophone; Red Kelly on bass; and Jerry McKenzie on drums) record the tracks "I See Your Face Before Me", "Memories Of You", "Things You Left Me", and "A Sinner Kissed An Angel" at the first of three days of live performances at The Rendezvous Ballroom in Balboa Beach, California. Capitol Records will issue the first three tracks on Kenton's album "Rendezvous With Kenton" (T 932) but the last track was unissued and is now listed as lost.
1957 - The King Sisters (Yvonne, Luise, Marilyn & Alyce King), with an unlisted session orchestra conducted by Alvino Rey, record the tracks "The Thrill Was New", "Four Brothers", and "Sweet And Low" in Los Angeles, California. Capitol Records issues all tracks on The King Sisters' album "Imagination" (T 919).
1957 - Speedy West (aka Wesley West on steel guitar) records the instrumental tracks for the titles "Moon Of Manakoora, "Yaka Hula Hickey Doola", "Luna" and "Ka-Lu-A" at The Capitol Tower Studios in Hollywood, California. Vocals overdubs for the first three titles will be recorded by Sam Koki and The Seven Sea Serenaders featuring Sylvia Zaraon on October 11, 1957. Capitol will issue all the titles on Speedy West with The Seven Seas Serenaders' album "West Of Hawaii" (T 956).
1957 - Jackie Gleason and His Orchestra (session musicians unlisted), featuring Lawrence Brown on trombone, records the tracks "Just In Time", "Again", "I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face", and "Hey There" in New York City, New York. Capitol Records will issue all the tracks on Gleason's LP "The Torch With The Blue Flame" (W 961).
1957 - The Petticoats (group members unlisted) record the tracks "Over And Over", "I Ain't Gonna Do It No More", "Manhattan Mountains" and "Love Me Tenderly" in New York City. Prep Records, a subsidiary of Capitol Records, will issue "I Ain't Gonna Do It No More" and "Manhattan Mountains" together as a single (Prep F125). Capitol Records, as of 2005, has yet to issue the remaining two tracks.
1958 - Mark Murphy, with Jack Marshall Music (Gerald Wiggins on organ; Jack Marshall on guitar; Art Shapiro on bass; Milt Holland on drums; and Kathryn
Julye on harp) and The Evelyn Freeman Singers, records the tracks "Don't Cry My Love", "Blacksmith Blues", and "Belong To Me" using Marshall's arrangements at The Capitol Tower Studios in Hollywood, California. "Don't Cry My Love" was rejected. Capitol Records issued "Blacksmith Blues" on the CD "The Best Of Mark Murphy - The Capitol Years" (8-33147-2) and "Belong To Me" as a single (Capitol F4088) with "Don't Cry My Love" on the flip side.
1958 - Nelson Riddle and His Orchestra (unlisted session musicians that includes brass, reeds, strings & rhythm and features George Roberts on bass trombone) records the tracks "I Got The Sun In The Morning", "Makin' Whoopee", "You Make Me Feel So Young", "It's A Grand Night For Singing" and "It's A Big, Wide, Wonderful World" at The Capitol Tower Studios in Hollywood, California. Capitol Records will issue all the tracks on Riddle's album "The Joy Of Living" (T 1148).
1958 - Keely Smith, with an unlisted orchestra conducted by Nelson Riddle (possibly the same as from Riddle's session from the earlier the same day), records the track "Nitey Nite" at The Capitol Tower Studios in Hollywood, California. Capitol Records will issue the track on Keely Smith and Louis Prima's album "Hey Boy! Hey Girl!" (T 1160).
1958 - Jack Jones, with an unlisted session orchestra conducted by Gus Levene, records the tracks "Deeply Devoted", "Laffin' At Me", "Make Room For Joy", "When I Love, I'll Love Forever" in Los Angeles, California. Capitol Records will issue the first two tracks together as a single (Capitol F4089) and the last two tracks together as a single (Capitol F4161).
1958 - Pianist Merrill Moore (with Howard Roberts on guitar; and unknown rhythm guitar; Morty Corb on bass; and Ted Kovar on drums) records the tracks "Nobody's Sweetheart", "Jumpin' At The Woodside", and "Somebody Stole My Gal" in Studio A at The Capitol Tower Studios in Hollywood, California. Capitol did not issue any of the titles but they all were issued in 1990 by The Bear Family on the CD "Hank Snow - Boogie My Blues Away" (BCD 15505).
1959 - Tommy Sands records overdubs for the tracks "Lazy Afternoon" and "Will I Find My Love Today" in Los Angeles, California. Capitol Records will issue the final tracks on Sands' album "Dream With Me" (T/ST 1426).
