25 Years Ago Today In 1986 - James Cagney, actor, dancer, singer and president of the Screen Actors Guild from 1942-1944, dies at his Dutchess County farm in Stanfordville, New York of a heart attack. He is interred in the Cemetery of the Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne, New York.
